I think it's about trying to stop human evolution, ultimately. Just my opinion, but I think a certain group of black robed individuals either deliberately or by chance pieced together what the human organism is about, and our destiny. The total surveillance technological grid, that ultimately we're to be connected to directly, was being conceived back in the early 20th century by minds like Julian Huxley and Teilhard de Chardin.
Every time we are about to make a leap forward, out of nowhere a massive war or upheaval seems to occur that knocks us back down a peg. Keeping everyone in fear. The only fool proof way to delay the inevitable is to try and bind humanity to machine, because machines can be controlled. Pumping mercury into the brains of children is still not enough to stop the upward trajectory of humanity, so their solution has to be more comprehensive.

Protect from mental implants. Energy is energy, so make sure to do a head-cleaning the same way you do a full-body cleaning --- very small, very white, light at the CENTER .. EXPAND it outwards with all the force you can muster making it take/sweep everything into the ethers !!! Cannot be overdone.
